If after hours emergencies occur, please call the number above and follow the prompts to connect with the Bennett Management emergency maintenance pager. Emergency response to individual unit issues are chargeable to individual unit owners at overtime rates.
What is considered an after hours emergency: Threat to life or property. Please note that issues pertaining to threat of life should be routed to 911.
Only usual and ordinary household pets are permitted at Sunset Meadows. Additionally, the HOA follows the Eugene city guidelines regarding the number of pets allowed. "The city limits the number of dogs on a property over the age of 6 months to three and one visiting dog for a short period of time."
Complaints and compliance concerns can be submitted to Bennett Management company through AppFolio Owner portal. Once logged in, you can submit your complaint or concern via Architectural Request.

Yes, complaints are kept anonymous. However, if the individual you've reported contests the violation or requests a hearing with the Board of Directors, you may be asked to provide testimony at the hearing.

The pool is typically open seasonally between Memorial Day weekend and Labor Day weekend during the hours of 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM.
Lap swim is designated between 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM on weekdays, and 9:00 AM to 10:00 AM on weekends and holidays.
During Lap Swim Hours, all pool users are asked to maintain a calm and respectful atmosphere. This includes no splashing, loud play, or use of pool toys or floatation devices. These guidelines apply to all residents and guests, regardless of age.
