Monthly Board meetings are typically held virtually on the third Thursday of every month. 

Meeting minutes are released the following month after being approved (e.g., March minutes are released in April, etc.)

An Annual Meeting is held in October each year - all HOA members are encouraged to join. Elections are held for the Board of Director positions during this meeting. 

All homeowners are eligible to run for a position on the Board. If you are interested in running and would like more information about roles and responsibilities, please contact the Board.
