Dear Sunset Meadows Neighbors:
All our fences will be spray washed and stained soon (hopefully by October).
Please remove (or move away) any personal items, personally planted vegetation, or other items that are on or touching the fences near your townhome.
Landscapers will be cutting and/or pulling back vegetation touching fences in the next few weeks--prior to arrival of the painters. PLEASE assist them by making ALL fences (including privacy fencing between townhomes) accessible to landscapers.
An additional email alert will be sent once we have secured dates for the painters' arrival.
