Homeowners recently voted on color schemes to paint Sunset Meadows townhomes and outbuildings. The color scheme voted first choice was Clary Sage for the body, Iron Ore for trim, and Natural Linen for doors.
Fitzpatrick Painting & Construction will start Phase 1 paint work Monday, 6/16/25. Do not touch any painting equipment and please avoid the homes, parking, and areas where paint crews are working.
Irrigation will be turned off in the area during the painting. Phase 1 buildings are A-I and will be washed and painted in alphabetical order:
Building A: 1601-1607 Building F: 1602-1608
Building B: 1621-1627. Building G: 1612-1618
Building C:1632-1638. Building H: 1590-1596
Building D: 1611-1619. Building I: 1582-1588
Building E:1622-1628
Additional instructions will be coming to owners prior to painting.
